We offer our guests a new build apartment in the heart of Soho, Central London. The famous Carnaby Street is just few minutes walk from it.

The property has an air control system- you can use it as AC, heating or just to keep the same temperature (fan). It’s three floors apartment (basement, ground and 1st floor). The 3 floors are connected with modern wood/glass stairs. Blinds on the ground floor can be pull out at night.

– Basement is the kitchen, living room and has a bathroom with a shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for your perfect stay in London. There is a coffee machine, washing machine with a dryer, dishwasher, smoothie mixer, toaster, kettle, fridge, freezer and all cutleries/pans, etc.

Marble dining table with 4 chairs. Also comfortable sofa with 55 inches TV.

– Ground floor- You can use the space as a second living room with comfortable sofa and 55 inches TV or it can be easily transform into a bedroom with a double sofa bed.

– 1st Floor is the master bedroom with Super King Bed, 50 inches TV, in-suite bathroom (shower) and toilet/bide, coffee bar with coffee machine, water, biscuits, iron, iron board, hairdryer, printer, etc.

The apartment is situated on the 4th Floor on a new build block situated straight opposite the Finsbury Park which is one of the amazing parks in London. There is a lift in the building.

The property provides a large panoramic terrace with a breath-taking view to the City, Canary Wharf and the park. Emirates Stadium – the home of Arsenal Football Club also can be seen from the terrace which make the property so fantastic and great choice for your holiday.

The property accommodates 4 people in total. To make your stay pleasant and stress free we complimentary provide luxury linen and towels for each guest, Toiletries (shampoo, body lotion, conditioner and a small soap), also tea and coffee.

Two bedrooms:
– One with a king bed, in-suite shower and dedicated working area.
– Second bedroom is a double bed. Second bathroom is in the hallway next to the living room.
– Extra single bed (SLEEPING ON THE SOFA) could be prepared in the living room. This bed is subject to additional charge (£25 per night). Its for 1 person ONLY
